I am a 23 year old from Tennessee, I’m a University of Memphis grad! I started reading at a pretty young age, around 3rd grade specifically. The first books I remember loving are Because of Winn-Dixie and Charlotte’s Web. Two staples of most Americans’ childhoods and I was no different. These books had me hooked and emotional from start to finish and it did nothing but increase my hunger of reading; wanting to find more books that gave me a similar feeling. Throughout middle and high school, I lost my passion of reading due to the pressure they put on us to read books we didn’t choose and/or didn’t like. I regained my love for it during covid... obviously. Being stuck at home doing nothing, reread my favorites growing up (Dork Diaries, Twilight. etc...) while also finding new ones on amazon and discovering my favorite genre which is romance. I have recently graduated college and I’m in the middle of writing my own debut novel. I wanted to make a blog to share my reviews and connect with others that enjoy similar books. I just started ARC reading as well which is an exciting new journey!
